When you claim during our live broadcasts on Tiktok, Instagram or Facebook, we’ll gather all your items into a dedicated physical basket just for you. Once you’ve finished shopping, simply let us know you’re ready to checkout. We’ll provide you with a unique code that corresponds to one of the Live Sale Baskets in this collection. 

The value of this code will reflect the total of all the items you’ve claimed during the live. Please note, we don’t itemise individual claims, but if you’d like to keep track, feel free to ask in the comments for a screenshot of your claims, and we’ll happily sort that for you. 

How Our Live Sales Work:

• How to Claim: Spot something you love? Comment "Claim" along with the item number or name in the chat to secure it. 
• Basket Allocation: Once we’ve acknowledged your claim, we’ll assign you a unique basket number. Any additional claims during the live will be added to your basket by our team. 
• Checkout: When you’re ready to pay, just ask us for a code 
• Shipping:  Your order will be packed and dispatched the next working day.
