Role Overview
We’re seeking a charismatic, reliable presenter to host our TikTok Live shopping sessions and create engaging social media content. You’ll showcase products, interact with customers, and help us grow our brand online.
Key Responsibilities
- Host TikTok Live sessions during these regular shifts:
- Tuesday: Daytime (approx. 4–5 hours)
- Thursday: Daytime (approx. 4–5 hours)
- Friday: Evening session (hours vary, typically 4–5 hours)
- Create original social media content for TikTok and Instagram (5–6 hours per week)
- Present products in an engaging, informative, and authentic way
- Interact with viewers: answer questions, respond to comments, and build rapport
- Take claims and assist customers with the checkout process during live sessions
- Share basic knowledge about crystals, metaphysical tools, and spell kits (training provided)
- Collaborate with the team to plan themes, product features, and promotions
- Help set up and tidy the live selling area before and after each session
Requirements
- Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Excellent communication skills and positive energy
- Interest in crystals, witchcraft, or metaphysical products (experience a bonus, not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the above schedule
- Creative with a passion for social media and content creation
- Previous presenting, retail, customer service, or content creation experience preferred

The interview process will include an informal first-stage interview. Successful applicants will then be invited back for a trial live shift where they will try their hand presenting and managing claims in a real session.

Part-Time Packing Assistant – The Wicklow Witch Ltd
Location: The Wicklow Witch Ltd Halesowen Store
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am–1pm/2pm (3–4 hours per day)

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join The Wicklow Witch Ltd and help us pack online orders. You’ll work in our shop, carefully preparing crystals, candles, and other magical products for shipping to our customers. This is a hands-on role where accuracy and care are key!
Your Responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently
- Wrap crystals and fragile items securely using eco-friendly materials
- Label and prepare parcels for Royal Mail/DPD collection
- Maintain a tidy, organized packing area
- Check products for quality and report any issues
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of packing materials, notifying management when supplies need reordering
- Support the team with light stockroom duties as needed
