✨ Position: Full-time Retail Assistant & TikTok Live Host (Tuesday - Saturday)
📍 Location: The Wicklow Witch Shop (In-store & TikTok)
🕯️ Products: Crystals, Candles, Witchy Supplies
Do you have a passion for crystals, candles, and all things witchy? We're looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented individual to join our team! You'll be working in our beautiful shop, assisting customers and going live on TikTok to showcase our products to the world.
🔮 What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in-store, helping them find the perfect crystals, candles, and witchy items
- Host engaging and entertaining live streams on TikTok, demonstrating our products with confidence
- Manage customer claims and live baskets using our in-house application
- Keep the shop tidy, organised and well stocked, with an eye for detail
- Maintain a fun yet professional attitude with customers in-store and online
- Assist with stock management, pricing and displays
🌙 What We’re Looking For:
- A sparky personality with a good understanding of English
- Customer service experience is a plus – you’ll be helping people find their next treasure
- Must be comfortable on camera for TikTok live streams (a little stage fright? We can help!)
- Ability to multi-task essential in a fast-paced environment – switching between in-store customers and online hosting
- A team player with a positive attitude
- A passion for crystals, candles, and witchy items is a huge bonus!
- Fun, friendly personality but always professional and respectful
